H.R. (Reinhardt, first name unknown) was a Bleeder member of a black ops Division team led by Ezra Lowe. He first appeared in prequel comic series, Push #1.

History

He was one of Divisions first psychic recruits alongside Ezra Lowe and their first known Bleeders recruited into the agency.

He was first seen during a covert Division mission to obtain information about a Russian missile programme in Ukraine. H.R. used his psychic powers to disarm several officers at the military base but inadvertently triggers the self-destruct mechanism in the process. After being scolded by Ezra, the team manage to escape the compound just in time before it blows.

Their next mission is to foil an I.R.A. bomb plot in Dublin, set to assassinate Prince Charles and Lady Diana. However, just as Ezra is apprehending the culprit Noel and taking his image, moments later H.R. uses his powers to try to kill Ezra - thinking he was Noel - and inadvertently revealing that he was given alternative orders to kill the insurgent in secret.

H.R. is later revealed to be one of Miller's loyal assassins and tries to assassinate Prince Charles and Lady Diana in the alps. He is ambushed by Ezra and other rogue agents, foiling his plan.

Powers & Abilities

H.R. is a Bleeder, capable of killing anyone who hears his super-sonic scream. This intense concentrated sound and burst blood vessels and rupture ears, as well as cause damage to the environment around him. A Bleeder usually has little control over this power, as it affects a certain radius and cannot be focused to one particular object or individual.
